D365 Project Manager, F&O, Azure DevOps, Berkshire, Market Rates - DOE
Our client are lookign for a Project Manager to join to assist in deliverying a large D365 programme. You will be responsible for assigned workstreams within F&O and will manage resources internally and external relations with third-party members to deliver against onging requirements.
These workstreams will be dleivered across group with a global reach of up to 10,000 users. You will use established common standards and IT governance and be focussed on achieving strategic business objectvies
Skills & Experience
- Strong exeprience of delivvering D365 F&O projects utilsing Azure DevOps.
- Project Methodology certifications
- Led large sized cross-functional projects and programmes
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication Skills
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with ability to facilitate problem solving discussions and workshops
- Ability to prioritise and manage deliverables
- Ability to see the big picture and communicate effectively
- Ability to work with business users at all levels
- Strong Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Agreeing project governance, suitable for the project, and ensuring that it is aligned with the Project Governance Framework.
- Giving clear updates to the Programme Manager and stakeholders
- Identifying the detailed requirements for the project and establish a clear and concise scope and project plan
- Liaising with internal business and technical teams to ensure business requirements are defined, documented and delivered
- Working with a Change Manager to drive the business change elements of the change through communication, business readiness and training
- Managing and co-ordinating all project team members, whether they are internal to client resources or third-party resources
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to deliver to the timelines and escalating when required
- Owning and managing all project management deliverables including the delivery plan and RAID logs
- Use matrix management of project resources. Managing and mitigating risks and issues and tracking all decisions/dependencies.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate to management all risks and issues and project proposed changes for approval
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders responsible for the specific workstreams
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
