Financial Accountant - Permanent - High Wycombe (Hybrid) - Up to £65,000 + Bonus
IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to work with a market leading company based in High Wycombe on a permanent basis. They offer generous hybrid working.
The duties of the Financial Accountant role include:
- Preparing budgets and forecasts for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Reporting under UK GAAP and SOX
- Identifying any variances and reporting on them
- Providing commentary to finance leaders and financial reporting functions
- Preparing monthly account reconciliation, identifying risks
- Developing and enhancing procedures regarding to cashflow, balance sheets and tax
- Understanding key drivers behind working working capital performance, as well as financial statistics
- Supporting the management team in statutory accounting and audit requirements for year end accounts and financial statements
- Completing statutory, HMRC, financial and legal requirements
- Liaising with external auditors
The successful Financial Accountant will:
- Be fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Have strong technical accounting experience of reporting under UK GAAP, US GAAP and SOX
- Have great Excel skills
- Have good business partnering skills
- Ideally be a first time mover from a Big 4 background
