IN2 Consult - Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager - 6 months - £450 to £550 day rate - Outside IR35 - Leatherhead - 2 days a week office based
IN2 Consult is supporting a market leading business across multiple sectors with a £2 Billion annual revenue. This business is looking for an ACA/ ACCA qualified finance professional, with a background within a Top 20 Audit firm (UK), that has experience either interim or permanently working at Group Level, reviewing/ producing statutory accounts with specific knowledge across either IFRS 15 or IFRS 16 reporting legislations. This role is reporting into the Group Financial Controller and will be a minimum of a 6 month contract.
Key responsibilities for this Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:
- Driving the production of year-end statutory accounts under both FRS 102 and IFRS standards
- Reviewing group level consolidation of the core entities within the group
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide guidance on complex accounting standards
- Driving the groups understanding and reporting of IFRS 15 revenue recognition and IFRS 16 leases
- Liaising with key auditors during the year-end process
Experience/ Requirements to be successful within this interim position:
- Immediate availability up to a 2 week notice period
- Audit Background - Big to Top 20 audit firm - UK
- Qualified finance professional - ACA/ CA/ ACCA/ CPA/ ICAS
- Experience working in industry at a group level.
- Experience working for a PLC, Blue Chip business or FTSE listed business - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Working knowledge around IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) or IFRS 16 (Lease Accounting)
