EMEA Payroll manager working in a complex global enterprise to be responsible for overseeing the payroll processes, with a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and developing the team ensuring that monthly pay runs are processed accurately and on time. This is a key position in the EMEA Finance department that will lead a team of Payroll professionals, with a main role in payroll vendor management.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the payroll processes for EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Lead a team professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
  • Manage third-party payroll services, specifically ADP, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Implement and manage payroll projects, including system implementations and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with SOX Controls for payroll processes
  • Handle RSUs, wage tax audit, and payroll accounting tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in payroll management in a diverse, complex global enterprise
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems such as Celergo, Global View, and E-Time
  • Project Management experience, especially for Payroll implementations
  • Experience with CIPP and strong knowledge of payroll processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work model with 1 mandatory day in the office (Thursday) and occasional extra days for Corporate visits and meetings
  • Team size includes 2 supervisors and 3 senior payroll specialists, with a total team size of 10 members
  • Responsible for payroll for EMEA countries, covering approximately 4,000 employees and 35 payrolls
