Management Accountant- Permanent- £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus & Benefits- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Fully Qualified- Basingstoke (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)
IN2 Consult is partnering with a long standing client based in the Basingstoke area on the recruitment of a fully qualified management accountant to join
their growing finance function on a permanent basis.

The key duties of this Management Accountant role include:
- Producing month-end management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Producing detailed variance analysis
- Preparing budgets and forecasts as well as providing support to key stakeholders based on the work prepared
- Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver core financial information based off month-end results
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the month end financial close process, the annual budget process and other on-going reporting and finance processes
- Managing period end procedures to support timely and accurate delivery of monthly management reporting, including related analysis, follow up and detailed commentary
- Ad-Hoc Support

- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Fully Qualified is an essential requirement for this role
- Be an effective communicator with the ability to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong, hands on experience in the end to end preparation of month-end management accounts
- Experience in presenting financial reports, data and insights clearly and confidently to non-finance stakeholders
- The ability to partner with, advise and influence key stakeholders of all levels in the business
- Advanced Excel Skills
